个人简介
Isabel Revilla Martín received the Ph.D. degree in food science and technology. She is currently a Tenured Lecturer with the Polythecnic University School in Zamora. University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain. Her research lines focus on the influence of production systems and manufacturing technology in food quality. She has authored several papers, and directed several theses and projects. Since 2006, together with other professors in Architecture, Engineering, and Education, she has been a member of a task force involved in the development of Teaching Innovation projects applied to Engineering and Architecture, fields in which she has been the beneficiary of financed projects that have led to several publications and contributions at conferences.
