My research is concerned with investigating the development of social cognition and executive functions during adolescence. I am particularly interested in the role played by the medial and lateral parts of the rostral prefrontal cortex in these cognitive processes. In addition, I have recently started studying the influence of common genetic polymorphisms of the dopamine system on the development of working memory and other functions.
