Bio
My research interests include strategic human resource management and strategic human capital research, matching processes, and people analytics. Typically, my work takes a large-scale quantitative approach and uses field data and experimental approaches. My work has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, and handbooks like the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment and the Handbook of Comparative Human Resource Management.
