Ilya Baldin

Ilya Baldin is currently the Director of the Network Research and Infrastructure and RENCI/UNC Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, NC, USA. His research interests include networked and distributed systems, signaling and control protocols, and infrastructure information models. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He is the corresponding author of this article.
