Bio
After completing my M.Sc, & Ph.D. with Chemistry(Physical) from Tohoku University, Japan I am currently working as a postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Cognitive and Adaptive Neuromorphic computing Lab (CANLab) at the University of Hong Kong. Here, I am involved in the fabrication of devices based on 2D materials and the integration of those devices into memory devices for the neuromorphic computing system. Before this, I was involved in 2D materials and device groups under Komeda Laboratory. The main research was focused on the exfoliation of both mono and multilayer TMDs, design and fabrication of FET devices using electron beam (e-beam) lithography, and investigations of electrical and optoelectrical properties in an atmospheric and vacuum environment, development of sensor behavior of FET devices.
