Career Trajectory
Bio
Igor Lacković (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Karlovac, Croatia, in 1972. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Zagreb, Zagreb, Croatia, in 2004.
He is currently a Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. He has over 20 years of research experience in electronic instrumentation mostly in the field of biomedical engineering. He has coauthored more than 70 journal and conference papers. His research interests include electromagnetic (EM) field interaction with biological tissue, computational modeling, electroporation-based drug and gene delivery, bioimpedance, and related instrumentation development.
Dr. Lacković is also the President of the Croatian Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics Society and a member of the IFMBE Administrative Council.
