I am interested in bioinformatics of gene dysregulation in cancer. My research topics are - To build a lung-epithelium map of transcriptomic landscapes of lung dysplasia and self-renewal epithelium from single-cell data - To build abnormal splicing maps in single-cell level. - To build a map of RNA Pol2 sub processes in gene regulation at initiation, elongation and termination phases - To build application tools to discover diagnostic and therapeutic targets using the integrated maps
