Hyeon Jun Lee

Hyeon-Jun Lee received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Busan National University, South Korea, in 2005. He was with Tohoku University, Japan, in 2007 and University of California at Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2009. He was a Principle Research Engineer with Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display Corporation for five years. In 2016, he joined the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology, where he is currently a Senior Researcher. His current research interests include hot electron injection in oxide semiconductor, failure analysis in electronic device, and material/device structure in high-performance electronic device. Applications of his work cover a broad range of area, including commercial/information display, sensors, and multilevel functional resistance memory.
