Bio
长期从事半导体物理、半导体缺陷物理、半导体光电功能材料物性研究与设计等领域的研究,并取得一系列创新性成果:(1)在原子尺度阐明了金属杂质在不同半导体中的扩散机理;(2)发展半导体掺杂与缺陷理论,修正了传统缺陷计算理论;(3)提出了异价无序合金带隙的反统计平均行为及同价大失配合金的能带交叉模型;(4)提出了非晶半导体间导电差异性的缺陷理论; (5)系统地研究了晶格匹配III-V/II-VI异价超晶格的界面结构及其稳定性:(6)首次提出了氢钝化可以降低氧化物纳米结构的能隙,增强光吸收,并得到了实验验证。已经发表SCI论文50多篇。包括Nature Energy 1篇、Phys. Rev. Lett. 2篇、Phys. Rev. X 1篇、Phys. Rev. B 6篇、Adv. Mater. 2篇、Adv. Func. Mater. 2 篇、Appl. Phys. Lett. 4篇。
