肿瘤作为世界范围内健康领域的一大难题,给人类的生命健康带来了巨大危害。由于肿瘤病因多样且不易治愈,因此对肿瘤的治疗研究一直是医学界一项充满挑战的重点研究任务。肿瘤的转化医学研究在肿瘤的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景和重大的社会价值,通过将基础医学与临床实践紧密结合,可以更有效地运用科学力量为肿瘤患者提供更加有效和精准的治疗方案,并最终改善肿瘤患者的预后。
我们专注于创新的溶瘤病毒疗法和肿瘤免疫疗法的基础和转化研究,用于治疗肺癌、肝癌、急性髓性白血病和胶质母细胞瘤等恶性肿瘤。团队研发的具有自主知识产权的重组人PD-1抗体的单纯疱疹病毒YST-OVH已经实现成功转化,获得国家药监局批准用于试验性治疗多种恶性肿瘤,针对多种恶性肿瘤的临床试验正在全国知名医院开展。我们基于“平台建立—效果机制验证—临床前评价”的研究模式研究肿瘤免疫治疗,通过功能基因组方法和高通量筛选技术等方法建立各种体内外筛选模型,探究肿瘤细胞抵抗不同类型免疫细胞(如CD8+T细胞、NK细胞和巨噬细胞)清除肿瘤细胞的复杂作用途径,为全面了解肿瘤免疫逃逸机制奠定基础,为肿瘤的治疗提供了新靶点和潜在治疗策略。此外,基于PD-1/PD-L1信号轴的研究范式,我们通过受体-配体高通量筛选方法,绘制肿瘤微环境中新的关键受体-配体相互作用,旨在开发能够有力指导肿瘤早期诊断和疗效监测的分子标记物或有效增强抗肿瘤免疫的靶向治疗方法。
