Bio
课题组围绕肿瘤能量和物质代谢重编程的分子机制,开发了肿瘤光催化治疗策略。以金属光催化剂为光激活的化学工具,扰乱肿瘤细胞的电子传递和物质合成基础,实现肿瘤代谢重编程的时空调控,为光活化金属抗肿瘤药物研究提供了全新的策略。相关研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表于Nat. Chem.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (6篇)、Sci. China Chem. (2篇)、Coord. Chem. Rev.、Biomaterials、J. Med. Chem.等国内外权威学术期刊发表60余篇论文,获得11项金属药物中国发明专利授权。论文总引用3200余次,ESI高被引论文4篇,9篇论文引用超过100次,单篇最高被引374次,H指数30 (Google Scholar)。
