Hsing-Er Lin received the Ph.D. degree in economics from Tilburg University, Tilburg, The Netherlands, and the D.B.A. degree from Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht, The Netherlands. She is currently with National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Her research has appeared in MIT Sloan Management Review and several international conferences. She was in charge of the newspaper equipment department of a sole agent of Fuji Film Japan in Taiwan and served as a project integrator to work with partnering companies from Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Sweden, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the U.S. from 1998 to 2004. For six years prior to that she was a Lecture in Fuji's Education Center. Her current research interests focus on organizational infrastructures, capabilities, ambidexterity and innovation, and knowledge strategy in different cultural context.
