Hsin-Yi Tsai

Hsin-Yi Tsai received the B.S. degree in biomechatronic engineering from National Chiayi University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2009 and the M.S. degree in power mechanical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2011. She is currently an Associate Researcher with the Biomedical and Lithography Division, Taiwan Instrument Research Institute, National Applied Research Laboratories, Hsinchu. Her current research interests include digital image processing, biomedical image examination, lens design, and the development and application of multiwavelength light system.
