Bio
Hsin-Ming Cheng received the Ph.D. degree. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Research Center for Applied Sciences (RCAS), Academia Sinica, and New Generation Photovoltaics, National Central University (NCU). The topic was focused on the development of new materials and carrier dynamics (Electron transfer and FRET) in nanostructural solar cell systems, such as dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC), quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSC), and perovskite solar cells (PVSKSC). From 2013 to 2019, he was a Researcher with Material and Chemical Research Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute (MCL/ ITRI), where he established the X-ray Characterization Laboratory and host some MOEA projects. He joined the Department of Electronic Engineering, Organic Electronics Research Center, Ming Chi University of Technology, as an Assistant Professor, in 2019. His research interest includes investigation of the interface and carrier transition behavior of photonic heterojunction devices, especially utilizing microstructural and transient optical analysis.
