Hongyu Wang, M.D., Vice President of Peking University Shougang Hospital, Professor and Chief Physician of Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine, Director of Vascular Health Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center(VHRC-PKUHSC),Director of PKUHSC Vascular Disease Community Control Center, Director of Vascular Medicine Center of Peking University Shougang Hospital, Honorary professor of Peking University Clinical Research Institute, Director of Peking University Chinical Research Institute Heart and Vascular Research Center(PUCRI-HVRC),Principle Investigator of Key Laboratory of Molecular Cardiovascular Sciences(Peking University),Ministry of Education.Initiator and Organizers of《Vascular Medicine》 in Peking University Health Science Center and 《Vascular Exploring》in Peking University. He graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University and gained Doctor degree in 2000,and finished post-doctor position research in Peking University People’s Hospital from 2000 to 2002. He held the post of Executive Committee Member of International Society of Vascular Health, chairman of the China branch of the International Society for Vascular Health,Fellow of American Society of Hypertension(FASH), member of International Society of Hypertension (ISH), deputy director of China association of social work rehabilitation medicine working committee,president of Vascular medicine professional committee of Chinese Association of medical education,president of Beijing Medical Ethic Society Clinical Research Branch,chief expert of Chinese cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients rehabilitation engineering, invited experts of Road of Health at CCTV and Yangshengtang at Beijing television, member of Beijing municipal committee of labor ability appraisal,the senior evaluation expert of Health technical position in Beijing,deputy chief editor of China Health medicine, deputy chief editor of Chinese journal of clinical practical medicine, associate Editor-in-Chief of the Vascular Health and Risk Management,editorial board of Pulse and Advances in Cardiovascular Diseases, corresponding editor and reviewer of Chinese Journal of Cardiology, reviewer of the Chinese Medicine Magazine (English edition). He is mainly engaged in coronary heart disease, hypertention, early detection and prevention of vascular diseases, clinical medicine and interventional treatment of vascular diseases, vascular biology and translational medicine research. He firstly established the early vascular lesion detection technology and published the first guideline in 2005 and renewed this guideline in 2011. And the early vascular lesion detection technology was approved by Ministry of Health of the People`s Republic of China to be promoted to the whole China in 2004.The early vascular lesion detection technology was spreaded and popularized as national program named(China Heart and Vascular Health Promotion Project,CHVHPP)in hundreds of hospitals in more than 20 provinces from 2004 to 2021.He founded and organized the first international vascular medicine congress-Chinese International Congress of Vascular Medicine (CCVM) in 2004,and established the first vascular medicine center in China in 2010,and set up Vascular Medicine professional course in medical colleges (Peking University Health Science Center) firstly and non-medical colleges (Peking University) firstly. In 2019, he founded Vascular Health Research of Peking University Health Science Center(VHRC-PKUHSC), and as founding director of the center.He hosted large multi-center clinical trials and cohort studies named as BEST,EndoFIND,BVHS on the relationship between vascular health management and cardiovascular diseases outcomes at 2011,2019 and 2020.Currently he has published more than 300 academic papers including more than 40 SCI papers.He was editor in chief of China's first vascular medicine monographs “vascular medicine”and Chinese health science series, a total of eight copies, and edited the " vascular diseases, myocardial infarction, Heart failure ", the main translation "The clinical application of arterial stiffness and pulse wave velocity” , and over 10 other works. Recently, he put forward a new vascular healthy Classification method named Beijing Vascular Health Stratification (BVHS), that is: Grade I: Normal stage: No structural and functional damage Grade II: Arterial endothelial dysfunction stage: FMD<10% Grade III: Arterial stiffness stage: C-FPWV>9m/s and/or CAVI>9 Grade IV: Vascular structural lesions early stage（Vascular lumen stenosis<50%） a: the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, Vascular elasticity Normal(C-FPWV≤9m/s and/or CAVI≤9) b: the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, Vascular elasticity Reduced(C-FPWV>9m/s and/or CAVI>9) Grade V: Vascular structural lesions middle stage (Vascular lumen stenosis 50%-75%) a ：The formation of atherosclerosis，Vascular elasticity Normal(C-FPWV≤9m/s and/or CAVI≤9) b :The formation of atherosclerosis, Va
