Bio
研究内容主要为铁电功能薄膜材料的生长与优化。在Scientific Reports、Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics等著名学术期刊发表文章30余篇。在非制冷红外探测器研究方面制备出了聚合物探测器,性能与无机陶瓷探测器相当。作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目两项,上海市科委重点研发项目子课题一项,参与包括国家重大基础研究计划“半导体量子结构中的自旋量子调控”;国家自然科学基金创新研究群体等。
