个人简介
I got my doctoral degree in Food Science and Technology at National Taiwan University in 2010. My doctoral dissertation title is “Allergic Immune-regulatory Effects of Adlay Bran and Isolation and Identification of Bioactive Components”. The major work during my doctoral training is exploring the immune-regulator components from natural products. In this period, I learned the basic cell experiment, including cell culture, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and the allergic animal model. As a post-doctoral fellow, my current research focus on evaluating the metabolomics effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on organism by NMR and HPLC/MS, investigating the effects of TCM on the gene of glucogenesis in cAMP/Dex-induced cell model by Q-PCR, and isolating and identifying the bioactive components form TCM for anti-hepatic disease.
