神经环路的正确构建是神经系统行使功能的结构基础,多种神经精神疾病与神经环路异常发育密切相关。本研究室拟利用模式动物构建疾病模型,从分子、细胞和环路水平上解析神经精神疾病致病基因在环路发育过程中的作用和机制,研究这些基因的致病机理,为相关疾病的诊断、治疗等提供潜在分子靶点。
