Bio
Isabel Hilliger received the B.Eng. degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC-Chile), the M.A. degree in policies, organization and leadership studies from the Stanford Graduate School of Education, USA, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from PUC-Chile in 2020. She is currently the Associate Director for assessment and evaluation at the School of Engineering, PUC-Chile. Her research focuses on learning analytics tools for continuous improvement in higher education.
