个人简介
Hendrikus („Erik“) van Herwijnen received a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology (the Netherlands) in 1996 and a Ph.D.-degree in organic chemistry from the University of Vienna (Austria) in 2001. Since 2002 he worked as a scientist for Dynea in Krems (Austria) and since 2005 as research manager of the Dynea sites Krems and Erkner. In this function, he led research projects in the field of wood composite binders, especially those involving renewable and formaldehyde-free solutions. In 2012 he chanced to Wood K plus (Altenbergerstraße 69, A-4040 Linz), where he is now deputy area manager from the division “Wood Material Technologies” and head of the team “Advanced Bonding”.
