具备20年结构生物学中方法模型和算法开发经验，主持国家级和省级基金，参与美国 NIH R01 等项目 10 余项。目前在国际学术刊物上发表SCI论文60篇，包括Nature Protocols, Molecular Plant, Nucleic Acids Research, IUCrJ, The Plant Cell, Structure 等知名学术期刊，被引用次数超过2000次。目前担任 Science, Bioinformatics, Scientific Reports, BMC Bioinformatics, Protein Science, PLoS Computational Biology, Journal of Applied Crystallography等多家国际期刊审稿人。
