Bio
I am a Senior IC Digital Design Engineer & Security Expert in u-blox, a leading supplier of positioning and wireless semiconductors and modules for the automotive, industrial and consumer markets. Previously, I served as Cryptography ASIC Design Engineer, Security Software Engineer, and Team-Leader/Engineer in numerous RnD Projects.
My main expertise is twofold: Digital Design and Information Security.
I have more than 10 years of experience in Digital IC Design, Information Security, and Cryptography. My professional goal is always to enhance my knowledge and expertise on all the above fields, trying to combine them (when I have the chance) in the most robust and effective way.
I hold a PhD in the field of Hardware Architectures and VLSI Implementations for Cryptographic Embedded Systems and Security Applications from the University of Patras, Greece. My research has been published in International Scientific Journals and Books as well as presented in International Scientific Conferences (29 publications in total).
I also hold a Dipl.-Ing. (5-year eq. M.Eng.), Summa Cum Laude, in Electronic & Computer Engineering from Technical University of Crete, Greece, achieving a grade of 8.51/10 (Excellent).
