个人简介
Haohui Liu received the bachelor's degree in engineering science and the Ph.D. degree in renewable energy from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2012 and 2016, respectively.
He is the Principal Scientist with Envision Digital, Singapore, working on PV performance analytics product and algorithm related research and development. Before that he spent more than 7 years in Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore on R&D in next generation ultrahigh efficiency solar devices, photovoltaic system modeling, smart performance monitoring, and data analytics. He did extensive research on the impact of air pollution on various solar cell technologies, from which he authored several publications together with experts from MIT and the industry. He also pioneered studies on floating solar and its hybrid potential with hydropower and was the main author of the World Bank report series on floating solar, “Where Sun Meets Water.” Being actively involved in building the floating solar community, he helps the industry achieve technical excellence, by working closely with various industry players, as well as curating and disseminating learnings derived from research and field experiences. In Envision, he mainly works on product development and data analytics to develop advanced AI algorithms to better analyze PV system performances.
