个人简介
I’m Hao-Ting Pai. Honorably, I received four national awards from Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). First, MOST-IBM program in cybersecurity on cloud computing, m-commerce and healthcare informatics at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in USA in 2010. Second, MOST-DAAD program in data mining & outlier detection in high-dimensional data at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany in 2012. Third, in 2013, doctoral thesis awards, the topic is about big data analytics. Fourth, LEAP program in explainable AI at IBM Almaden Research Center in USA from Oct. 2017 to Sep. 2018.
I’m an assistant prof. at Bachelor Program of Big Data Applications in Business in National Pingtung University. I’m experienced in teaching students from different colleges. I taught the required courses in programming at both dept. of information management and dept. of computer science. In addition, I taught the English-as-a-Medium-of-Instruction courses, i.e., data mining and deep learning.
Regarding publications, our research results have been published by: (1) Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (SCI, Q1), (2) Decision Support Systems (SCI, Q1), (3) Telematics and Informatics (SSCI, Q1), (4) Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (SCI & SSCI, Q1), and (5) Proceedings of ACM, IEEE, and Springer. Regarding academic service, I have been a reviewer of the following journals: IEEE Communications Magazine, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Electronic Commerce Research, International Journal of Medical Informatics, Telecommunication Systems, and so on. My research interests include XAI, big data analytics, and cybersecurity.
