个人简介
Hamed Azami (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in biomedical signal processing from The University of Edinburgh, U.K., in 2018. Following that, he undertook a two-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in biomedical signal processing and machine learning with the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA. He currently holds the position of a Scientific Associate with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, CA. His research interests include biomedical signal processing, nonlinear analysis, and machine learning. He was honored with the prestigious Nightingale Award for the Best Paper published in Medical & Biological Engineering & Computing, in 2017. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and also an Editor for Computational Physiology and Medicine. He has also taken on roles, such as the Guest Editor of the Journal of Complexity and a Technical Program Committee Member of the IEEE Workshop Machine Learning for Signal Processing and the IEEE Conference on Digital Signal Processing.
