Bio
My specific areas of interest include identifying and testing novel therapeutic targets for human respiratory diseases. I have used animal models to study pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis, using in vivo and in vitro approaches. In particular, I have a strong interest in the use of large animals (e.g. sheep) as models for studying lung diseases.
