Bio
女,北京工业大学教授、博导,光电子技术教育部重点实验室副主任。长期从事半导体材料和器件研究,设计制备了双波长激光器、高压LED芯片、MicroLED微显示器件和GaN SBD和HEMT器件;承担了国家重点研发计划、863、北京市科委重大专项等项目30余项;承担了多项重大产业化研究项目。作为骨干参与项目20余项;发表论文110 余篇,SCI/EI 检索70余篇;申请发明专利33项。
