个人简介
For 25+ years, he has been developing nanomaterials and manufacturing technologies for power electronics packaging and integration. Dr. Lu has published more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles. He is a winner of the NSF CAREER award, Virginia Tech Sporn award for teaching, and a R&D100 award.
