Received Ph.D. from Nanjing Medical University. Postdoctoral fellow at Sun Yat-sen University. Now works in Center for Reproductive Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, Nanjing University Medical School.
Oocyte quality directly determines the outcome of a woman's pregnancy. I have been focusing on the research of oocyte meiosis and early embryonic development. I have successfully revealed the molecular mechanism of MARF1 gene regulating oocyte developmental maturation and stable transmission of genetic information (PNAS_1, 2018). Described that the LOTUS structural domain at the C-terminus of MARF1 leads to abnormal oocyte meiosis (JBR, 2018). And portrayed that abnormal MTOR signaling pathway leads to impaired folliculogenesis (PNAS_2, 2018).
