主要研究量子纳米电子学与扫描显微镜学,发展了基于氧化物界面的纳米器件制备技术,以及基于氧化物纳米器件的关联氧化物纳米电子学领域。在Nature,Nature Nanotechnology, Phys. Rev. X, Phys. Rev. Lett., Nano Lett.等杂志发表多篇论文。 担任Nature Communications, Phys. Rev. X, Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B., Nano Lett.等杂志审稿人。
