Guðrun Olafsdottir

Guðrun Olafsdottir is a research scientist at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Iceland. Current research activities are focused on food value chain network dynamics, in particular stakeholder involvement, transparency of information, environmental impacts, sustainability and consumer behaviours. The research activities are linked to ongoing EC H2020 funded projects, VALUMICS and 'Strategic Use of Competitiveness towards Consolidating the Economic Sustainability of the European Seafood sector (H2020 SUCCESS)'.
