Bio
Throughout my professional experience I successfully learned and applied broad spectrum of techniques in in vivo and in vitro systems. Along investigations of biological mechanisms my skills evolve from in vivo methods (e.g. various different CNS and PNS micro-surgeries, micro-dissection), through in vitro methods (e.g. cell lines, primary cell cultures, stem cells cultures, explants culture, multi cells types assays) to cell type profiling by mass spectrometry analysis (e.g. MALDI imaging). Additionally, I was involved in establishing novel methodology in primary cells types culturing (e.g. enteric glia, Schwann cells) as well as CNS glia types separation applying microfluidic using viscoelastically tuned hydrodynamic spreading. In my studies I have successfully applied novel mathematical methods of images analysis (e.g. fractal analysis of neuronal network complexity).
