个人简介
Researcher in the field of Experimental and Applied Physics, with excellent skills in the design, implementation, and characterization of innovative experimental apparatuses, including modeling and comparison with Monte Carlo simulations of the interaction of the prototype with charged particles. In particular, I have extensive experience with scintillation detectors and optical sensors. I have also acquired intermediate-level knowledge of electronics and signal processing while working on detector development. During my research activity, I have acquired considerable expertise in MATLAB numerical computing and programming platform. I possess excellent knowledge of C/C++ programming languages, as well as a basic understanding of the Python programming language.
During Ph.D and postdoc, I have been involved in applications based on secondary cosmic muon tracking, such as volcano muography and building stability monitoring. During my master's thesis activity, I worked on a detector system based on scintillating optical fibers and SiPMs for particle beam monitoring used in hadron therapy, residual range measurement, and charged particle radiography.
