Heat and mass transfer in porous media, analysis of the most relevant techniques to measure thermal and fluid dynamics properties, environmental measurements (in particular airborne particle measurements at the emission of industrial plants, in urban areas, in indoor environments), air quality, airborne transmission of viruses. He is author of more than 200 papers on peer reviewed journal and international conferences.
