Geoffrey Dunn

Geoffrey Dunn received the Ph.D. degree in positron physics from London University, London, U.K., in 1990. He is currently the Head of Physics with the University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen, U.K. He has developed an extensive suite of semiconductor device Monte Carlo simulation software and has researched into photodetectors, impact ionization, and Gunn oscillators. He is involved in developing a planar Gunn diode technology for the generation of T-Rays.
