Bio
团队的主要研究方向涵盖石墨烯及其他二维材料、范德华异质结、量子输运研究以及新型二维仪器设备系统开发。在新型低维材料系统的探索构建与物性研究中,特别是在隧道电子器件、量子电容器件、量子点器件、霍尔器件等新型系统的研究中取得了世界一流的发现;在Science、Nature、NaturePhysics、Nature Nanotechnology、NatureCommunication、PNAS、Nanoletter、 ACS Nano、PRL、PRB等著名刊物发表文章;并受邀在多场学术会议做过多场专题报告;同时是Nature communications, Nano Letters, IEEE Sensors等多种国际期刊特约审稿人;美国物理学会(APS)会员。
