Gary Warner is the director of research in computer forensics at the University of Alabama at Birming-ham. He also serves on the Technology Committee of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation's Digital PhishNet and cochairs the Working with Law Enforcement Committee of the Anti-Phishing Working Group. His research interests include spam and phishing, malware, botnets, and cyber-warfare. Warner has a BS in computer information sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
