Career Trajectory
Bio
Gangping Yan was born in Nanning, China, in 1996. He received the B.E. degree in microelectronics from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2019. He is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.
His research interests center on the reliability issue of advanced microelectronics, indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO), and three-dimensional integrated circuit (3DIC).
