个人简介
I am passionate about developing digital solutions by linking data (geospatial, environment, and genetic), models, sensors, and knowledge to make traditional solutions working more efficiently. In the current position, I am leading a small team to develop biophysical and data-driven models. We convert them into microservices in the cloud for digital farming solutions. We build mobile (IOS and Android) and web apps (Django) to collect and visualize many sources of data to develop and validate models. I also use radar and optical remote sensing data for crop monitoring and management recommendation. I explore the possibility to integrate various sources of data and models to provide valuable services to our customers. I have extensive experience in integrated assessment of various aspects of agroecosystems at different scales using mechanism and statistical models, AWS cloud, HPC, and spatial data (GIS and RS) analysis.
