Bio
Gabriele Rainò was born in Galatina, Lecce, Italy, in 1979. He received the Graduate degree in electronics engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2005. Since then, he has been working toward the Ph.D. degree at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory, of CNR-INFM, Università del Salento, Lecce.
His current research interests include optical properties of low-dimensional quantum nanostructures and their optical device applications.
