Her scientific interests lie mostly in Atmospheric sciences, Stratosphere, Environmental science, Atmospheric sounding and Climatology. Her work in Atmospheric sciences tackles topics such as Climate model which are related to areas like Depth sounding. The various areas that Gabriele Stiller examines in her Stratosphere study include Atmospheric chemistry, Atmosphere and Thermosphere.
Her Atmospheric sounding research includes themes of Lidar and Emission spectrum. Her Climatology research is multidisciplinary, incorporating perspectives in Arctic and Seasonality. In her study, Fourier transform spectrometers and Instrumentation is strongly linked to Meteorology, which falls under the umbrella field of Mixing ratio.
