I am working on the characterization of the architecture passive margins and the physical/geological processes of the lithosphere thinning from rift to drift. The implications are to better constrain the interplay among structural inheritance, crustal thinning, mantle exhumation, fluid generation and temperature evolution, and better reconstruct multi-rift phases and plate tectonics.
