个人简介
Fulin Fan received the B.Eng. degree in electronic and electrical engineering from North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K., in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, he was a Research Assistant with the University of Strathclyde, where he has been a Research Associate since 2018. His research interests include real-time thermal rating for overhead lines, energy storage optimisation, and transportation electrification.
