Fu-Hsiang Ko

Fu Hsiang Ko was born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1965. He received the B.S. degree in chemistry and the Ph.D. degree in nuclear science from the National Tsing Hua University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1989 and 1996, respectively, and the M.S. degree in chemistry from the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, R.O.C., in 1991. He joined the National Nano Device Laboratories, Hsinchu, Taiwan, as an Associate Researcher in October 1996, where he is currently engaged in developing the radioactive tracer and analytical methods on lithographic and cleaning processes.
