个人简介
Frans Bévort, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. His main research interests are professional work and organizations, human resource management and employment relations. His recent research focus on institutional change, leadership, contradictions of institutional logics, professional organizations and how institutions affect and are influenced by the creation of subjective meaning at the interaction level. A central nexus is the linkage between micro-level sensemaking and the macro-level institutional constraints and enablers that triggers as well as guides it. It is a main point that the subjective experiences and meaning creation of actors are central to the understanding of as well cultural persistence and change. Empirically, the focus has been on heavily institutionalized settings like professional service firms, in order to better understand the reproduction and change of well as the inherent institutional contradictions in these organizations. The last 25 years, Frans has contributed extensively to the research, practice and debate within human resources management, organization and leadership, as a researcher, consultant and manager. He has published several books and articles on the HRM-related subjects.
