Ph.D. Francisco Fernandez-Martin, Professor at the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology, University of Granada (Spain). For almost 19 years I have been teaching in Higher Education at the same time implementing several innovation and research projects tied to the improvement the quality of Education. In this sense, I have a large experience on implementing public program evaluations, research studies and assessments in the education field with particular focus on non-cognitive skills, entrepreneurship education, bilingual education, civic-community engagement and service-learning, peer learning, mentoring and tutoring, inclusive education and response to diversity and counseling and guidance services. I have additional solid experience in the development of curricula, training manuals, and operational guidelines for educators and technician actors, including public agencies and regional governments. I have ample experience in the formulation and use of qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches including extensive experience in gathering field data in difficult environments. Also I have a multidisciplinary background and the proven ability to think innovatively, supported by strong academic credentials in the field of developmental and educational psychology, analysis and evaluation of public education policies, including a PhD thesis, which focused on the evaluation of a peer tutoring program. Moreover I have research experience on national and international projects (competitive proposals), contract and collaborated with institutions, professionals and projects in the USA and Europe (37). As a result of this experience, I have published 60 articles on nationally and internationally recognized journals and publishers, 35 of them indexed on the main international database (e.g., WoS, Scopus), and several books (17), books chapters (41) and papers on international and national congress and conferences (147), on topics like entrepreneurship education, plurilingual education, civic-community engagement, and inclusive education and response to diversity.
