Francisco Baldo

My main scientific motivation is to understand the biodiversity of marine ecosystems and contribute to the sustainable management of fisheries resources. I have participated in long-term ecological researches, particularly in the Guadalquivir estuary (SW Spain) and the Porcupine Bank (W Ireland). I have extensive experience in field work including over 50 oceanographic cruises. I pursue to integrate these empirical data into testable ecological models.
