个人简介
Frances Bell (M’04) received the B.S. in engineering science,
electrical engineering from Smith College, Northampton, MA, USA, in 2007, and the M.S. in electrical engineering,
power systems from Tufts University, Medford, MA, USA, in 2013.
Her background is in grid planning at PG&E and power electronics development for improved for grid resiliency.
She is currently the Lead Engineer driving grid services and technical program management with Advanced Microgrid
Solutions. She was an Engineer with Tesla managing demonstration projects on the integration of high-penetration solar
and storage and has published results through IEEE.
Ms. Bell is an Editor on the IEEE Smart Grid Newsletter Editorial Board.
