Bio
刘峰研究员的长期目标是联合国内外的科研力量建立一个完整的量子计算机网络体系,包括允许用户远程接入的量子计算云平台、量子计算编程工具包和量子计算机互联网。目前的研究兴趣包括一、基于半导体量子点和光子晶体微腔系统的的电控片上单光子源及其在半导体集成量子光学回路中的应用。二、基于门控型量子点的半导体固态量子计算机和量子网络。三、可发光二维材料(MoS2等)。截止到2019年7月,在国际期顶级刊上发表学术论文 20 篇,代表作(一作及唯一通信作者)包括Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B等。合作文章包括 Nature Nanotechnology,Nano Letters等。此外,还参与编写了 Springer 专著《Quantum Dots for Quantum information Technologies》。
