Felix Ejeckam

Felix Ejeckam received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus on materials science and optoelectronics, from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, in 1997. He is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Group4 Labs, Inc., Fremont, CA, a company that develops GaN-on-diamond wafer technologies for RF, power, and photonics applications. He was a Co-Founder and the CEO of Nova Crystals, Inc., a company that developed next-generation DFB and APDs for telecom and datacom fiberoptics networks. He was an Associate with McKinsey & Company, Inc. New York, NY. He has authored or co-authored more than 50 papers in refereed journals and conferences, and holds more than 10 issued or pending patents.
